Processing Time

All AWAASHI products are made-to-order and crafted specifically to your measurements. Production typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order enters production and when it ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide. Delivery time is 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold (displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or contact us for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AWAASHI is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. AWAASHI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@awaashi.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your orders.
