Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

At AWAASHI, each piece is made to order specifically for you. We begin production immediately upon order confirmation to ensure timely delivery of your bespoke garment. Please review our cancellation and modification policy carefully before placing your order.

 

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of your order confirmation
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled


72-Hour Design Modification Window

You may request design changes within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Design modifications include: color changes, fabric adjustments, or style alterations
  • Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of order confirmation
  • Changes are subject to availability and feasibility
  • After 72 hours, your piece enters final production and design changes cannot be accommodated


How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

To cancel your order or request design changes, please contact us immediately:

  • Subject Line: "Order Cancellation" or "Design Modification Request"
  • Include: Your order number and details of your request


After Production Begins

Once your garment enters production (after 24 hours for cancellations or 72 hours for design changes):

  • The piece is being custom-made specifically for you with your measurements
  • Cancellations and design changes are no longer possible
  • Each garment is hand-cut, stitched, and finished by our artisans in the UAE


Customization Notes

If you have specific customization requests (measurements, length adjustments, etc.), please include them in the customization text box at checkout or contact us within 72 hours of your order.
