Refund policy

At AWAASHI, we take pride in creating bespoke, made-to-order garments crafted specifically to your measurements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.


Made-to-Order Policy

All AWAASHI products are made-to-order and individually crafted to your specifications. Once production begins (typically within 24-48 hours of order confirmation), orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned unless the item is defective or damaged.

72-Hour Order Change & Exchange Window

Due to our production process, you may request order changes or exchanges within 72 hours of purchase. This includes changing to a different product, size, color, or style.

Payment Adjustments:

  • If the new item costs less: The difference will be issued as a discount code for your next purchase or refunded to your original payment method (your choice)
  • If the new item costs more: We will send you a secure payment link to pay the difference
  • Changes must be requested within 72 hours of order confirmation
  • After 72 hours, your piece enters final production and changes cannot be accommodated

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Damaged in Transit: Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product than ordered

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item:

Please include your order number, photos of the item and any defects, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible cases)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order garments without defects or damage
  • Items with signs of wear, alterations, or washing
  • Products returned after 2 days of delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Measurement Accuracy

We provide detailed measurement guides to ensure the perfect fit. Please measure carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
