Order Processing Time

All AWAASHI pieces are made-to-order with meticulous craftsmanship, and hand crafted. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment.


Delivery Timeframes

UAE Delivery: Orders typically arrive within one business day from dispatch.

International Delivery: Orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.


Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Urgent Orders

If you have a special occasion and require early delivery, please contact our customer service team before or after placing your order so we can confirm availability and expedite your shipment.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold (displayed at checkout).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or contact us for assistance.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All product prices include applicable taxes. However, international orders may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country upon arrival. These hidden charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control. AWAASHI is not responsible for any such additional charges, customs delays, or fees incurred at the destination.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. AWAASHI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the shipment of the order.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@awaashi.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
