All AWAASHI pieces are made-to-order with meticulous craftsmanship. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

UAE Delivery: Orders typically arrive within one business day from dispatch.

International Delivery: Orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Urgent Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges: As made-to-order luxury items, our products can be returned or exchanged only if defective or damaged upon delivery.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Design Changes: You may request to exchange the design within 72 hours of order placement, before production begins.

Quality Concerns: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery for assistance.
